Can anyone help...
I need to set up the TPS on my 19 16v. It was adjusted by the previous idiot. I own a multimeter but have never really used one before.  can anyone tell me the values and what wires need testing. Can I have an idiots guide, like what wires need attaching to what, because well erm i'm an idiot.  sorry if there is already a comprehensive guide on this.

I have actually started a efi fault techy but never finished it but here you go
Throttle Body
Setting up. These are general values, its taken from a red TPS which is found on espaces, 16V's and so on.
3 wires, green red and yellow.
The outer wires, red and green are really what concern you. But on the other hand your reference voltage will also affect these readings!
red - yellow 5.78kohms 4.65V
red - green 2.01kohms 0.28V
yellow - green 4.27kohms 4.96V |
