Will they have a noticable effect on acceleration?

i havent noticed much if anydifference in accel on my 19. |

With my 17 inch allesio's there was no difference, they are roughly the same weight as the 15's.
georges old 16's weighed a ton though and slowed everything down, even the world cos they were so heavy. |
