note the temp gauge by the way ,sits there all the way .

temps about right/a wee bit low.

Marks red19rt's sits up just under where the fan kicks in at the 2nd line.

mine sits about 5mm higher than yours halfway between the 2 lines.

mine sits the same and i have a standard thermo and switch, plus a leaky coolant system that is only 3/4 full most of the time Rolling Eyes

mine varies between midway and the top notch (all of that mid section bit) yeah.

my uncle in Finland bought a brand new citroen ax in 1990 and still keeping the same car .he was telling me that citroen will give him the brand new model of citroen for free if one can manage 500k kilometres without the engine being opened . i dont know if he was talking crap due to old age but he was so determined and managed 380k kms with that car the last time i saw him in 2001 and never had the cylinder head or even the rocker cover removed .

i think thats because i try not to go over 3k revs lately as i got this funny clutch smell inside the cabin at 4-5k and usually find myself driving at 2-2.5k on the 4th gear now and again.
