 19 16v loom v's clio 16v loom

Answer me this...

Engine management loom designed for a clio 16v, would it fit a 19? If not whats the differences?

it will if all the same sensors r used, and they r in the same position. depends on age of engine i'd say.

also 19 engine bay is obviously bigger than clio so maybe lengths of sections r different??

well, itl fit the engine ok, but its where it plugs into the ECU and fuse box thatl be the problem. rember the ECU in the clio is tucked away inside the bulkhead, so the clio loom is longer.

theres 3 different 19 16V looms I have seen so far, the clios is different again with the different anti perc set up, it should work but the prob will be connecting it up as jimbo said.

so why ask about a clio and 19 loom if your not using either?

If your planning to make one then thats easy enough.
