hi im new 2 the site i have a h reg 19 16v and the computer bit on the dash has stopped working so cannot c how much fuel i have will this come with the dash is it an easy job? thankyou for any help |

the screen has mucked up doesn't show anything like it's leaked or something? i just need the little computer any ideas on where 2 get 1? |

yes thats £288.71 + VAT for a new one
your best bet is to look on ebay, there are usually 19 16Vs being broken and on average the whole instrument panel go for around £10 to £30 on ebay
you could try infinicar but that will be more expensive
when you enquire about the instrument panel from sellers on ebay, stipulate that you only want it if the LCD has not bled
you will prolly have to buy the whole pod, but the computer is a removeable unit which just plugs in, so u can swop the one from the 2nd hand pod to your pod so that you can keep the original mileage on the car
it will need to be reset as well once you have connected it all up on your car (the display will flash)
all you have to do to reset it is turn the trip knob on the speedo to the right whilst the ignition is on |

i wouldnt remove the computer from the speedo dials tbh, they can go from perfect to illegible by doing that. Best replace the whole dial unit and not disturb the computer. |
