Get the bad bits out of the way first, i'm being nothing but honest here.

No tax or test, both tax and test lapsed last month while the car was in for the engine rebuild , (details to follow) prior to this the car was fully MOTd and used, the only thing I can see that is an MOT fail is one of the sterring wheel bushes is gone, meaning there is a slight up/down loosenes in the steering column. won't be a big fix at all.



Now for the car.

It's a 1990 g plate raider (is an actual raider the V5 confirms this)

The bodywork is totally standard still in raider blue (1 of 500 made)

Wheels : 15" league tantrums unmarked on brand new tires



Lowered all round on koni adjustables

Full stainless exhaust from the dowpipe back with a 3.5" single backbox

uprated CAM

Single piston dumpvlave

Group a clutch

New disks and pads

I had the enigne replaced with a lower mileage unit when I bought the car (the clocks read around 100k IIRC). This engine has just been rebuilt, it has not been criven since the rebuild.

Work carried out:

New head, this was ported and polished, skimmed and pressure tested before fitting

All gaskets replaced (head, manifold etc)
New plugs/leads/filters/oil/coolant/water

Brand new radiator.

The rebuild was needed due to a burst water hose causing the car to overheat, not due to abuse.

This car has only ever run standard boost and was only driven at weekends, the interior (seats in particular) are mint, this is very rare in an R5 expecially in a raider. The inerior is the original raider interior.

The bodywork is rust free and very straight.

I am looking for offers in the region of £1000, will consider a SWAP (no part ex unless for a small amount, lack of fundds is the reson for sale)

I need a diesel plodder for work due to increased mileage (this car was never used to commute) and the money will nicely fund that.

I am open to offers as stated either cash or cars but no part exes where you will require a large sum of money. (only being honest here i've got a wedding to save for and a diseasel to fund)

I will probably sell this car with an MOT fail sheet to hopefully backup what i've said here. It depends on the level of interest and the offers.
