Could someone give me a quick run through of exactly what is needed to do this conversion. I've looked back over old posts but just want a clear list of parts and whats involved.

a 2litre block as the 1.9 crank doesn't clear the 1.8 block.

there was that 19 on ebay recently that said it was a 2.0 converted F7P though, dunno how true it was, we all saw with our own eyes that the 2.0 crank did not look like it would clear.

it didn't clear, it hit the block neal.

ahh thats what it was, but the counterweights were scuffing the bottom of the bores as well

I reckon if you were really brave you *might* be able to grind enough away in places to make it just clear though.

Yes, but the superior version is the megane coupe one, do a search for F7R 710 , there are a million discussions on it.
