LOL, what is your problem today?

Yeah i've heard of a file but how long do you think I would be filing for if the bolts are 5cm too long? Even on a machine it would take the piss doing this to 4 hardened, high tinsile bolts wouldn't it.

Also that wouldn't be a problem but the thread doesn't go right up to the top on the long 1.25mm Renault bolts so what would I need to do then? Thread the bolt my self?

The bolts were £50 because they came as part of a repair kit, they didn't sell them seperately.

Rung many fasterner factors up and motorcyle places (as it's a common motorcyle thread) but either they didn't have the thread to the top of the bolt or they only had M12x1.5mm..

In the end I sourced some from an engineering company in Pennistone which was miles away but was happy to travel.

ok retard whatever.

the bolts are pennies I buy them so do the peeps on rsc.

So don't try and tell me differnt to what I know and have to source.

I was reffering to the mounting block being to wide and touching/nearly touching the disc, that needs filed. no way would I let any customers car go out like that.

your basic lack of intelligence and metalurgy expereince just makes you look even more stupid as well btw.

Read my posts and analyse them again dipshit.

The bolts are cheap but they are hard to source. They are not cheap when you have to buy them as part as a kit from Renault.

File what? what the fuck are you on about? The mounting block?

Nothing was too wide at all. The problem was the carrier was touching the disc which was sorted by some washers inbetween the bracket and hub which Neil pointed out.

Customer? It's only me that has done this, why would I be doing this for a customer when it's the 1st time i've tried to perform it?

It's not easy to do something you've not done before, we don't all shaft Renault tailpipes for a living do we.

metallurgy - Do you know what that means? I guess not as you spelt it wrong. What do you know about extracting metals from their ores and analysing metals at their atomic level?

How old are you exactly, you sound like your stereotypical grumpy old tosser.

ok fucktard mongo boy, i was reffering to the fact thats your a complete fucking moronic moon pig fucker.

the block holds the carrier to close to the disc. Theres no way I would run a car like that or more to the point give it out to a customer. Did I say you were doing it for a customer? did I cunt face? no so go fuck yourself on that one, fanny features.

Also fucking fanny face don't buy the kit you fucking little wank off piece of a spunk bubble.

Buy the bolts seperatley but again youre to fucking stupid to get that simple little point aren't you.

As for shafting renault tailpipes, erm no thats what you do in you bad boy clio, wish I had a clio then I woudl be the fucking shizzle wouldn't I? Yeah I'd be a right fucking gangsta then wouldn't I.

As for my age I will be 23 next week.

No doubt slightly older than you but with a vastly superior mental capacity and theres more common sense in my cut off toenail in the bin than you have in that head of yours.

fpmsl at Chris' reply - thats the most insults I've seen anyone fit in one post, and still answer the question.

1st off LMFAO!!!! Some new words there!! That actually bought a tear to my eye!

Right you wankstain, the block, I presume you mean the bracket? Why the fuck are you always so vague?? You mentioned customers, why? I couldn't give a shit what you would do, infact what would that have to do with anything? Is it just a "look at me I have customers" you're good arn't you bell sniff.

You were on about filing that bracket? You dumb shit, why would I comprimise the craftmanship of that precision made bracket by taking a file to it? Plus the fact it was 1.5mm too thin so why would taking chunks out of it with a file help, you mong.

Also cheese cock, I didn't buy the kit, I bought the bolts from a small engineering firm.

Read the above you arse wipe, I did buy seperately but they were very hard to source, how many more times do I need to point that out to you?

Gnagasta? Clio, erm I think you have got something wrong there you tit. You implying clios are shit? Ohhhh and your R19 is or whatever the fuck it is is much better? You have a Renault too, are you proud?

23? You act like a fat old bloke with small, wrinkled, old balls. Maybe that's your problem anyway and you're pissed because it happened so early. OR maybe you have a 12" savaloy lodged up your arse?

No doubt you know your cars and that's your speciality, that's why people come to you for help and that's why you are the mod of this forum so you can brag about your knowlege on cars. What about your knowledge on pussy?? Bet that's questionable.

file the braket or bodge it further out with a washer? hmm very clever that. Your pretty stupid aren't you.

Craftmanship of that precision? If it was precise there would be no need to bugger about with washers or files would there? No thats right there wouldn't be.

Am I implying clios are shit? Yes I am, they are poor shopping trolleys for your mum to scoot around in. Like all the women I know say their cute girly cars in which I'm in agreement.

Is a 19 better? yes it is. Why? fit and finish, quality of interior, quality of parts and its far better to drive. Sadly its not quite got the same presence in maccie d's carpark when there are pished 13 year olds drinking white lightening.

Am I proud to own them? Not overly.

The savaloy was up my arse but it was consumed when I went to a star trek convention that had an attack of klingons in clio rt's. My small wrinkled balls were saved due to their shrivelled appearence which dodged the bullets fired from the powerflow bad boy exhaust on the clios.

My knowledge on pussy, I can tell your one, and that you smell as well. I just know you do. As for sexual conquests etc thats frankly none of your business and I'm hardly going to say anything about them on a forum which my mrs is amember of am I?

Your not very good at witty come backs at all are you? The mrs, yes the real one not my blow up doll, she has a puncture at the moment, thinks the same.

Chirist on a moped..

It was presicely made to some drawings, this is from a reputable machinist. This was to suit an R19, is there any difference between the hubs and caliper mountings compared to a clio?

If not then I don't know, but I sure as hell wouldn't go filing the face of the bracket to make it thinner when I could use some washers that were perfectly made... That's common sense.

They may be shit, but then again I wont be driving a French piece of shit when i'm 23 (no offence)..

I can't see there being much difference tbh, they are both french and old, mine seems fine but have never driven the R19..

Interiors, drive quality, all material, can be suited to your needs, like mine is being.

Klingons, Blow up dolls, you lost the plot. Why do you assume my car is a barried up clio?

My comebacks are about as shit as yours apart from I don't involve klingons and other retarder shit that doesn't seem to make sense.

Just one thing though:

My small wrinkled balls were saved due to their shrivelled appearence which dodged the bullets fired from the powerflow bad boy exhaust on the clios.

WTF does that mean?
