shame its been destroyed really. Was a nice building compared to todcays tin sheds.
There would have been a lot of people that went in there at 15/16 and worked at the factory until retirement. The mills and yards here are the same and they are mostly gone now. |

the factory was build in the "Ile de saguin" in 1930 and then closed in 1992 the factory was demolish in 2004

this was the largest red brick building in europe, held the title for a centuary or something.
Meadowside Granary in Glasgow, generatiosn worked there and worked hard.
