well as we all know little Alan had a bump not his fault car written off.
I told him to be prepared for a very low/poor offer.
Well the insurers got back to him.
£150, yes one hundred and fifty pounds.
he paid £2.5k for it and I have done a lot more than £150 quids work on it in the last month or so.
The reason its £150 is because he has a £500 reserve so hes getting £650 all in which is still to low.
So I am gonna do him some invoices for the work etc I done and also help him with ad trader print offs so we can get more money out of them.
The UK, what a wonderfull country. |

is he sueing the bloke that crashed into him ? use the same solicitors to sue the insurance company for free too |

god...i dont know what to say...makes me so angry!
i agree chris....this country fucking sucks...
why is it that u pay ur insurance....expensivley, but u pay it cos u have to...u r paying for the peace of mind in case anything goes wrong...
why is it that when u need their help, after feeding them thousands and thousands of pounds over the years, that theywill try their utmost hardest to get out of paying u a penny more than they have to....to the extent that they will be deceptive and sneaky, cheeky! rude and offensive by insulting you with a low/unhelpful response...and the u have to go to all the effort of arguing with them, fighting, doin countless amounts of work to get what u deserve!
and whats more annoying, if u do go to the effort u usually get what u want...why the fuck cant they just do it in the first place? why on earth do we pay these people????? its just so crap....i hate it... |

well liek I have said all along JB britain cesspit of the world. We may be developed and have the NHS and so on but th equality of life here is very very poor.
And we pay through the nose for the privelage! |

You guys should come and live here!!
When we pay insurance the car is always covered for ANYONE with a licence to drive.
Also every year when you pay your premium you agree a set figure in the case of a total loss...and that is what you get, nice and simple.
The last car I had was insured with a british insurer as it was a uk registered car. I had cause to apply for a total loss claim and was told that I would not get a penny as Finland is not in Europe!!??!! 
So i told the stupid bird that I would send her the 10 euro note in my hand with the Finnish logo on it...it took her a week to find out where Finland is! |

yeah that sounds better....a lot better...in fact almost every other country in the world seem to have a better system than ours.
well i dont mind the system as much as i just hate the way the insurers go out of their way NOT to help you...why FFS??? i have just paid u shit loads of money precisely for YOUR help when i NEED it? why now after taking all my money will u not try and help???

I hate the whole feckign lot.
never told you did I JB, some twonk taking me to the small claims court for loss of earnings. taxi driver 10 days earnings and he lost 500 quid!
I ain't even been convicted yet the small claims court hearing is before the county! |

my insurance r takin the piss, im going to fone my lawyer 2moro and c if he can do anything like Schakal said  or even getting more money for the car from his insurance or sumthing as i aint accepting that pish

A friend of mine had her r19 demolished by a woman driver, this woman swore blind it was my friends fault even though the police took her to court the police won, because this woman was driving without due care etc, my friend ended up having to use the citizens advice to get the correct money for her excess out of the other persons insurance. oh my friend is from iran and a woman and she was insured with the cis they did not do her any favours what so ever. insurance companys in this country are a joke because they are only providing a service to their share holders they are not interested in providing a service to their policy holders, so I fully sympathise with you al, and just remember you may have an excess on your policy but that means you can claim your excess off the other bloke because he was the cause of the accident NOT you. |

his insurance is called Fortress does anyone ever heard of them and does anyone hav there no as the PRATT didnt leave a no as hes fly becoz he knows i'll contact his insurance prob  |
