1st look I thought yeah, if only, but I'd be asking for a world of trouble.
2nd look I thought - why not?

Would love one. That's a car with a soul I reckon.

Hello again all after such a long time BTW!

Yeah I know it would be a money pit, but I would rather sit in the layby admiring that (whilst waiting for the AA van) than drive something new and dependable and reliable and characterless.

Hi Colm, yeah I do! You're not the Toyota chap are you?
Didn't think there'd be many Alpines in Ireland, certainly not enough for there to be a few at any one time for sale! Will have a look, but truthfully I have to admit I've enough on my plate at the moment trying to keep all me Rovers going! Very Happy

I'd love an Alpine.

Wouldn't like the costs of maintaining one though.

Ah yes, I recognise the username alright. Smile

Am amazed to see 3 of such a rare car on sale at the same time in Ireland. Funnily enough though, they're all originally from the UK and all three have UK plates on them in their photos! I wonder how come all three are up for sale seemingly so soon after being brought into the country. The ad for the blue one (which I think is a very nice colour for the Alpine) says that duty hasn't been paid on it yet!

Could they be that hard to live with? Surprised

I don't see a 19 16v on Carzone.ie at the moment.
