A nice little spot ....well 3 soldiers who where on there way back from the bank with the payroll where held at gunpoint in 1984ish in there land rover by another soldier (Royal Scots) where he took them to this spot, he forced one of the soldiers to shoot dead 2 of the soldiers and drag their bodies round the back, then after he'd made him do that he shot the 3rd soldier, the blood was all over the snow when the bodies where found, the soldier was caught (i know the officer that sussed him out) and he got life, but the money, believed to be 20kish was never found, it believed that the money is buried in the very hills we walked over, poeple came for miles with spades to try and find it but they never did.

cannae mind his name but the other soldier who done that about 10 or so years back buried the money in the fenwick moors. Still not recovered and its abotu 140k.

Apparently he just looked evil according to a prison officer I know, look into his eyes and there nothing there etc.
