Another Joint Meet Idea

there is a meet on wc of the same name which i will be attending but this should not be confused with the meet i wish to arrange. rob and jill i have been told wish to attend a north wales meet........ anyway im going to arrange one.
i want to arrange a long weekend....... friday drive, sat would ideally be a track day followed by a camp at ty croes and everyone goes home sunday.
the drive would consist of the evo triangle and some back roads around betws-y-coed. it wouldnt be hours of driving more a couple of hours, then a camp (hotel) stay...... then off to track day on sat.

the track days would either

now i dont want to give ppl too much choice w.r to dates as it only causes hassle, id prefer the date to be july as well as its not too far in the future.

additionally, if ppl wish to commit to a date then i will subsequently edit the above post to suit, i will also see if we can get a discount for the trackday. now i dont mind if ppl want to come to the weekend and not trackday or vice versa, just would be nice to meet some new faces, the reason i say this, is i dont want to ring up and say i want a club discount as i have 20 ppl who want to do the track day which will inevitably wittle down to 3 and then i will look a prick! so lets try not to do that :wink:

obviously the success of this meet will depend upon how well the j.v of retro and f7 is at fcs. im also putting the meet on clio.trophy.
