 any one got a good set of injectors for valver

Anyone got a good set of yellow injectors for the Reno 19 16v must be the full set in good nick ???

i asked renault for a price for the injectors, as they are only placky, and they said they were £120 each, that cant be right, surely?

mine are turquoisey green colour......... seems a bit steep to me, surely they quoted the wrong price tho

nope. thats new renault ones.

yellow are better btw, they pump more fuel in but i have a couple of green ones too.

i only wanted a set of new o rings, and thats what i was quoted......... just clean them i think

lol yea i dont think they sell the o rings on there own. duno why but thats renault for you.

i take it you have an air leak

I went to the local motor factors today they said from 40 to 80 pounds each nearly the same price I paid for the car for a full set. reno maybe more expensive.

well no, its just that as the engine is almost in bits, thought i'd just change them as matter of course.......

well its a good idea but tbh if they aren't broke then just lube them up and wack some carb cleaner down the hole to clean it up a bit.

think i will do, might try and source some o rings anyway, just to see if there are some around

or try ebay for injectors and take the rings off them.

odd way about it but they goe for pennies on there so could be cost effective
