what causes extreme tyre wear on the inside edge front tyres.

i pranged the kerb a few months ago quite badly (bloody old ppl pulling out) but couldnt say if its only develpped sonce then, but the inside edge is bare, like less than a 1/4 of the width and the outside edge looks almost full tread.

hopefully its just tracking?

cheers,

jonnboy

cud this be linked to shtty handling?

well ill getvtrackin done soon...after i get 4 new tyres which i cant afford.

im not lowered.

how could i check if the subframe is misaligned? i know one of the bolts isnt don eup as tight as it could be. it the rear drivers side one. just turns. the cage must have bust so the nut just turns, but i cant see how u get to the nut side of it to put a psnaner on it!?!

there are many clunking noises from under my car...something is definately loose...driving over small rough bumps slowly something knocks like hell...to imagine the noise, imagine taking an inner bush off the antiroll bar and replacing the clamp so the bar is like a prick in a bucket...its like that kinda noise, loose clunkin swinging about noise...but i cant see/pull anything under the car to see whats loose. i got antiroll bar bushes to replace.

oh and still got wandering steering but thats on going.

4 wheel alignment, set back, angles etc should be the same.

get another car.

Put a spanner in from the rack, not easy but doable.
