Box is great, with the help of a mate we took the subframe off changed the box and all is well!
While the subframe was off it got a good clean. I found a split in the front which i miged, a quick squirt of black paint and it don't look too bad.
Right hand rear subframe bolt had to be ground away as the captive nut was spinning, new nut and bolt fixed that problem.
Glad your mate fixed his brake fluid leak, did the copper washers fit?
Also, hope you got a good price for the blue one, looked good, not as good as the black one of course.
Cheers again mate, if your down my way, pop in!

You could have stuck a spanner on the captive nut, its what I did..

tried the spanner trick, the whole lot was solid. The bolt would just turn with a windy tool! Ground the head off the bolt and drove a chisle between the body and the bush to get the subframe down, took plenty smacks to move it.
