Hi, this gives me grief everytime i come to it! I've tried the old chisel and hammer but only managed to get one off. Absolutely soaked it in wd40, heated it etc but what else could I try? Not sure how I could use a drill on it, the face is nearly non existant Razz

Screw extraction kit.

Easiest option if you can mange it is to drill it out with an HSS bit.

if the screws chewed just chisel its head right off, its not bneeded for any other reason than to stop the hub turning when fitting the wheels.

right got them off with a decent chisel but now my problem is the bloody brake line to caliper on the drivers side, The bugger is sheared and mole grips won't do it.

It wont come off on the top either as it spins the whole assembly and I don't want to damage that area.
