I'm going to look at a clio valver later on (gay i know but its just to make abit of cash on). I'ts an M reg 449 blue in ''Good'' condition but the cambelt has snapped. I have all the parts here needed to fix it up then sell it on. Is there anything i should be looking out for other than a rot-box? It's taxed till the end of this month and MOT'd until april, and he wants £300 for it. I'm thinking thats reasonable if its in as good a condition as he says it is. How much do they usually go for? Any advice appreciated! Cheers!

it will be rotten they all are. All that varies is how much.

As for the engine, damage can vary a lot, normally its just bust valves though.

haggle him down from 3 as well.
