god i changed the anti-roll bar bushes today...as usual, you get to a point where u just wish u hadnt started....its easy enough gettin the clips off but my god tryin to get them back on is a complete nightmare...ppl must have thought i was mad...a car with 2 legs sticking goin FUCK FUCK FUCK C*NT C*NT...heh heh

still after tryin almost everytool i had found it best to use a breaker bar to lever the clamp down, compressin the new THICK RIGID posy bush til u get to a point where the bolt will pass thru....swore so much!

dunno why i bothered in the end the old ones were in tact....

also found out what was makin such a clunin noise...this has happened to me before...the nuts on the tops of the struts had work loose...dunno how they keep doin this...both were loose! so tightened them up too.

still all done now and its got rid of the clunkin and i am also imagining that it feels tighter and less wandering but i know i ma imagining it lol

drama queen.

I just stick a jock under the clamp and pop the bolt through.

The nuts on top of the struts? You mean the damper nut in the middle of the top mount?

Do it up tighter if thats the case, get new nuts as well.

well they are as tight as i can get them....but i think new ones may be a good idea if it happens again as the nylon insert is prolly knackered by the sounds of it....

am talkin about the inner bushes...hard to ge anythign under it needed to eb levered from above...but the outer ones i used the jack on...they are ok
