My boot button is really slow and seems to be even more so now that it's cold Confused

Is there anyway of making it come out faster so that the boot doesnt open on it's own accord?

Is there a spring in it or something that is fooked?

It's normally due to crap arround it, squirt WD40 on it, but it will eventually slow down again

if you pop the back panel off inside the boot you can slap grease on it.
