Well i got 11 days off work

what to do i dont know.

today drove to the other side of essex to view a valver.body was good, no rust that i could see.
113k

but mechanically..

only the oil pressure gauge worked, dash bulbs didnt, sun roof didnt, leccy mirrors didnt. naerside sidelight didnt, fogs didnt. had a stupid exhaust that was off to one side (not under the cut out for standard)

was damp, didnt stop ticking, oil smelt like petrol no water fluid, once it was warm steam would come from that rad that wasnt actually inplace anyway and the rad fan was banging against it and putting holes in it too.

paint on bonnet was pealing, no rear parcel shelf no C/L didnt work.

and it said it had a new engine fitted in august wich makes you wonder...

£959 was adervitised for.

and the bloke was like "yeah i love ragging cars about. great fun"

Wanker!

so now i therei s nothing else for me to do, apart from wait for some other valvers to pop up.

well the fucking thing has been pissing me off all day.
first the wiond catches its door and dents the hatches door and scuffs its wing mirror Mad

Its as we all know races away when its running.

So i remove the loom foxe a broken pin, seal the TB - manifold with sealant, no change.

I cannot get the heap of shite to run properly.

i popped the wing off on the drivers side, bit of a mess.

Anyway 16V lump fits and it will be a nice wee project pluis the 16V injection system is far superior and I can fix it in my sleep.
