dont forget when placing your bid, to make it a bit of an odd number. Say the highest youre willing to go is Â£500, you would bid Â£500.50, so that you beat someone else who has a bid of Â£500, even if the bid increment is Â£10 or more.

ie say someone has a max bid of Â£500 on the item, but its only at Â£100. Bid increment is Â£10. If you then bid Â£500 they will win because they were there first with Â£500. But If you had bid Â£500.50 you would win, even though your bid is not Â£10 more than their max bid. If you see what i mean.

Lots of little tricks like this.

Seriously will be keeping the rt until I get the valver motd and so on - If I can keep both I will but am likley to be moving house in the summer so one will have to go - but if it came down to it I'd probably keep the valver if it was reliable enough and in decent nick.
