My 16v must love me....so much so my central locking completley died today, no power to any of the motors what so ever. Got in it at work and all was fine, got out in town about 3 miles later and all was dead. Not working off the plip (car alarms itself tough) or the dash button. Fuse checks out ok.

Ideas?

Cheers

the main cable that feeds all the central locking system must be broken somewhere if the rest is working .

you will have to go deep into electrical diagrams in haynes i am afraid ,thats how i solved my non working central locking, trip comp, interior lights, digi clock and mirrors problem

The button on the dash didn't do anything either. Got in it this morning and it worked....go figure.
