I don't agree with you on that Chet. I think it looks better, it's just a shame the door cards and the rest of the interior were never made to match.

I sort of agree with Chet on this one.

Ph1 16V's are the epitome of the 80's, the seat cloth pattern should be shown and admired.

Yes I know what you mean... and in my black one it would look really cool, but what are the chances of actually finding an excellent condition set of ph1 cloth seats?
