Yes and no.

Your on about the new one (which I didn't use). I used the one that I got off the clio in the scrappies mate.

It got rid of that nasty bearing noise mind, so alls well for the time being.

TBH I'm thinking about throwing it in for an MOT this weekend. you never know, it might pass..LOL

well you've seen it mate. there's not too much wrong with it and most of the problems aren't MOT failures.

what springs to mind as a failure to you?

needs new wipers all round.

Tyres should be ok, brakes, front left caliper needs looked at.

Emmisions might be ok, but it needs a cat test mind.

the blue lights will need to be dinned.

it's got the white ones wipers on it so they should be fine.

tyres on the 17's are passable.

the front left brake seems to have sorted itself out, although the rear left still dont work as well as I'd like. I need to tighten up the hand brake as it's a bit slack.

emmisions should be ok after a quick rag down the motorway?

I'l proberbly have to change the bulbs mind. and put a new fog bulb in.

but thats it.

only fine if the csats working, its sat for so long it won't pass through it with a dodgy cat.

You need new air filter, fuel filter, plugs, oil and filter change and a good thrash to get it anywhere near what it woudl need if the cats dodgy.

I may just throw it in and see what they say. I get a free re-test anyway Wink.

cat's good on the white one anyway, so I've got a spare Razz

New MOT's are computerised - no free retest unless its back the next day, and even then its only if it failed on certain things.

your alloy looks terrible in that pic, like the laquers peeling!

They do suit the ph2 better though don't they!

yea, there a bit dirty and the frost on them won't help.

Aye they look better on the P2, I think it's more because of the colour of the car though.
