Get this

The other day i got a puncture on my 16v 19

Only bought the car in jan always had dogy shuddering breaks somthing witch ive been meaning to sort out (money problems)

I thought it was the back disks that were causing it as they covered in thick rust and pads were low.....

when i finaly got the front wheel off wot (I mean what really) a misson that was locking wheel nuts an no key smacking a 19mm socket on the side of the road about 20 times .

the fron disk just span freely on the hub i couldnt belive it there was no securing bolts holding it on just held in place by wheel nuts..

yet another thing ive found that the retard owner before me has done
aswell as putting a dodgy flame kit on it an cranking the air intake up so its throwing loadsa feul down it wot (I mean what really) a bastard it only does 18- 20 per gallon

NEED TO GET IT SORTED wot (I mean what really) A MISSON!!!!!!!

erm thats not a problem in any shape or form.

also its the wheel bolts that take the brakign force, do you really think 2 T40 small screws can take the forces involved in slowing a ton of metal from high speed?

cranking the air intake up? what does that mean?

So not putting those nuts in wudnt cause any shuddering or anything seems strange just seems a bit dodgy thats all. obviously the nuts wudnt do mutch under braking and the wheel nuts do the job.Do you think its wise to stick some in anyway?

i dont really no wot (I mean what really) he das done with the air intake i put that because he has messed aound with the idle srews and its around that area. I dont profess to no much about cars but i no that its not meant to be doing 18 to the gallon and it stinks of fuel loads and is running rich. wot (I mean what really) cud i do about this? Its got a crappy induction kit on it ive been trying to get hold off an airbox for it hoping to save sum mpg that way. is it worth putting a decent indution kit on it?? I have to do somthing about it tho costing me the earth any ideas? its like the blind leading the blind at the mo

what screws? theres 2 on it, the top one in the tube should be screwed right in.

The other is to adjust the throttle stop.

it probably needs a new CTS on it as I get 50mpg out of mine on the motorway

Do you think that it will be the CTS causing the bad mpg?

you get double the mpg on the motoway than i get just normal driving what a saving for the sake of 12quid. jackpot

spot on for that chris

CTS is the most common problem. Its probably original and if the coolant is shit brown then its probably corroded right away to nothing
