seems the moving idle varies from car to car.. mine sits about 1250-1300 rpm .. standing idle is around 900-950...

My P2 doesn't do it at all...as in no high idle when rolling, but my P1 does.

does it only go that high when moving? or can you stop and it will sit there for a bit before eventually comign down?

if so its the ICV, clean it.

if it does stick when sitting still tap it with a screwdriver handle see if the speed drops.

it only does it when moving, i can start up and it will tick over normally , say im on a hill parked i can have it in neutral or clutch in gear ticking over at 1k , start rolling down the hill and as soon as im moving the revs will shoot up! and stay there till i come to a dead stop then they will go back to norm Confused

seems to operate normally only it goes a bit high. for some reason. could be the ICV opening to much though.
