Hi guys im planning to revamp the interior of my R5 as its tired and old. Need to know if anyone has done this before and any words of wisdom / advice they can give me. Im planning to recover the door pannels in leather cloth and get rid of the naff plastic's and make it look a little posher inside. Or the other plan is to remove all the old crap from the door pannel and try and smooth it and spray it. Any advice welcome. I will post up some pics of progress as i go here.

If you are after leather trim for your door cards then go seek out Rhonda on the clio williams forums (formerly f7power)

she can do retrims, new gaitors etc

check this link here

I've got one of her gaitors and its top quality and a good price!

Cheers Neo, but i would like to try and do this myself as i have the materials and some experience of re-triming things, plus i have some time on my hands at the moment. Oh and not alot of cash.

Thanks for the help though.

its fiddly but doable.

Leather isn;t cheap as you buy it by the hide and no 2 are the same (it came off a cow remember) vinyl is a very good substitute though and I personally would use that.
