Hi having a bit of a problem clearing up the rust on my drivers door, grinded all the crap off but need to take the door off to get to some parts grinder can't reach, undone the top pin but went to undo the bottom one when the torque head sheared off and now have a round head, not amused as i was doing so well. any ideas on how to remove the pin?
oh is off a 19 16v chammy if that helps at all.  |

hammer and chisel job matey, if it won't come off your other option is cut the door and get another door.
Or what most do, leave the thing alone. |

i can probably sort the rest of the rust without taking the door off but im abit of a picky git, gonna try the chisel aproach if it doesn't work will take the loss. |
