But the grey will most likely be the same grey

I've only ever seen black, blue, grey and brown interiors. Brown being my favourite! Thumbs Up!

a bit of topic but dont you think it would be better in the renault 19 if the bottom half of dash was the same colour as the top half?instead of 2 tone

Nah the black/grey two tone works well in the valver! Specially since I have grey leather, it wouldnt have worked with all black dash!

my ph2 16v looks like this: http://www.renault19world.de/gallery/phase2//gallery_alejandro06.jpg (not my car in the pic).. looks like a ph1/2 hybrid, but since its a very early ph2, maybe thats why.. i'd like dark/black door trim.. would fit the seats much better..

and the trim is the as used in many ph1's.. have seen 16v's with seats that actually matches my door trim (grey with red stripe).. dunno why so many of them looks like the seats and trim was just chosen randomly..

@chris: do you mean the inside door opener handles or the grips?

the trim is the same on ph2 16V's only the execs have a dark grey trim.

The interor door handles on ph2's are a different shape as the window switches are in them. In fact on closer inspection it looks like it is a prper ph2 handle as there is a bulge at the top behind the wheel spoke.

So yes thats a normal ph2 16V interior.

only thing different on ph1's is the seat trim and the door pulls
