I think I know the answer to this but I can't help doubting myself.

Basically will a clutch for a 1.8 clio 1991-1998. 2.0 1993-1996./Laguna 2.0 + 1.8 1994-1995 fit a 1991 19 16v.

I think yes as the clio has to be same engine and box but I just don't trust myself. Rolling Eyes

Knew it... Embarassed

Oh, what do you guys rekon is a reasonable price for a new clutch. I can get an uprated one by techniclutch for £110 or so. I've seen an EBC one for about £60-£70 but I think it's standard. Alternatively I have found a couple on eurocarparts and gsf for £50ish. What's gonna be my best bet?

I was assuming that since it fits the 2.0 16v as well that it's a fair bit overrated for the 19.

i think what he means is the original renault clutch you can buy from the dealer is the best ,which i reckon is about 150quid for the set

Ferk that...i'll be getting either the EBC or Sachs one as they are standard raings and pretty decent manufacturers.

I'm sure the sachs one was from GSF anyway.

Just checked...the sachs one is eurocarparts. Doesn't matter anyway. Cheers for the help, I'll do a bit of price hunting and get it sorted now.
