hi all,i have a Renault 19 1.4 RNA Europa (phII),1998,made in turkey...this is a C2J engine,double webber,73ps...i have in plan to swap engine,because there is not many ways to "tune" this engine...i have few questions abot this...
1. will F7P engine be a good for this car?
2. will swapping be dificult?(i know thaht i need to put ECU,bcz i dont have any:()
3.my first step is a absorbers(koni sport),so i want to know is this a good start with suspension?
4.my mate from our forum in Croatia told me that F7P engine,ECU,gearbox,brakes and suspension with hands will cost me about 900 €,so i think that this is not expencive...
5. will i need a i dont know how to say,but do i need a stronger engine mount?

1. yes
2. no
3. as good as any although 16V stuff is better due to camber angles etc.
4. sounds expensive to me!
5. Engine mounts are the same on the 16V's as the 1.4's.

Have you thought of coming over here, buying one then driving it back and either registerign it there or strippign it and fitting everything into your car?

In Slovenija you get F7P complet engine (gearbox,ECU ....)

for 400€.
