Seriously though, on subject of being fat, I'm no skinny dude by any stretch, and at times I do wish I could be a bit slimmer but I have lost a bit of weight in the last year and have dropped a jeans and t-shirt size.

I think right now I'm the happiest with my body I've been for some time, especially when I see old photos taken a year or two back!

I'm no super model, (Though 1000's might disagree) but some of the comments there are a bit harsh!

LOL at some of these comments.

The problem with the program is that they were pitching it as if being fat was something that they were born with. For the majority it is a choice, not inherited. It's not as if 'they is black or wheva', which they have no control of.
Weak willed/not caring and being lazy is where most of their problems come from.

Some people have probs with this, Some poor kids who commit suicide because of all the taunting they get at school. Can be born with it, can be parents fault, not always due to personal issues
