F3R's are the 2.0 8V's aren't they.

i dunno! thts why i posted, im confused! i thought F7P were the 16v engines F7R are the meggy and williams, but never heard of f3r.

Yeah F3R's are the 2.0 8V engines like the one in Chris' sister's Laguna!

The next one down is the 1.7 8V as fitted to 5's and 19's and I believe is coded F3N. *Waits for confirmation on that though!*

so its got an F7P/r head on an f3r block, so would this be quicker than your average 19 16v?

lol no will be slower as it has dished pistons, CR about 5:1 Laughing
