Cartman: Butters will give hand jobs in the corner for a dollar.
Butters: Sure! I'm good at all kinds of jobs.

Cartman: Well God, I guess you got me again, didn't you? Yeah, that was a good one, God. Hope it made you laugh, you sick bastard

Cartman: All I have to do is make people believe I'm handicapped and I get one thousand dollars. It's not going to be easy, but nothing worth having ever is.

Mick....havnt read all replies, so i apologise if ive overlooked your opinion on this, but have u considered dropping the OE rad? easily done...only took me a couple of hours.

as for pulse tuning and induction length, my trumpets are 90mm, and the bodies 30mm. there seams to be adequate distance in front of the open-ends to place an airbox of some discription without causing a closed-end effect.
the other thing you have to remember is taht even if you went to the effort of properly adjusting the length for a particular performance gain, you will loose elswhere in the rev range. its always a comprimise as you are tuning to a specific engine speed, and the length only works at this point.

looks like.

the rad mounts ont he main crossmember on the front subframe and you can't drop it down the back as the engine is there and nor down the front cos the slam panel is in the way.

Well i've decided to go the 90mm trumpet route as Radtech are making me a 3 core rad that will be plug and play so panick over... Oh and Ben, sorry to just call you up out of the blue like that but I was desperate and I owe you one fella.

mick, dont worry about it, call anytime, i always pickup unless i have my hands in a cleaning tank or sump.

good move on the trumpets and rad, it only ends up a little bit more expensive after you've built a good airbox assembly at the end of the day.....plus you get 100% of the noise.
