 fast road cams for 19 16v??

What do you think? Thay dont look al that differant to normal ones to me.

well exactly what do you expect them to look like?

I may just be imagining it but looks like they have a good bit more lift than stock as well.

I've asked him a few questions anyway so we'll see what make they are.

I'd have thought he'd show more of the pullyso you could tell if they were stock or vernier.

they are standard cams, look at the balencing holes, between the lobes, high lift cams dont have those,instead of holes, the wight is ground off, not drilled.

a lot of fast road cams though are just re-profiled stock ones dan!

It won't mean it will run lumpy, a set of stock cams timed in properly will run lumpy but it will be quick.

how do you set it upto do that? and it will be quicker than a regular 19 16v?

yes it will be.

Stock timign varies cam to cam, theres also free play on the pulley and cam.

Anyway if you have verniers get a bit more lift on the exhaust on overlap, should net you gains in th emidrange by quite a bit in some cases, power won't change much expcept in the midrange.
