Hey,

I have just been doing business outside of Ebay (but found through Ebay) with a guy splitting a 5 GTT and he is a really decent guy! No offence to anyone on here but alot of people nowadays, especially on Ebay wont go to as much effort to communicate and generally be very helpful with info about sending details, when the moneys arrived etc etc.

All Im getting at is that its good to find someone who isnt a money grabbing half-assed Ebayer for once (not all are, but there alot of them) I havent dealt with someone like him for awhile and its nice to know they still exist!

By the way I didnt mean anyone on here because so far you've all been really helpful!

Anyone else had a good experience like that?

Yes I have...recently sold a model kit that I have had for ages and never got round to making.

Since selling it I have been keeping in touch with the guy that bought it talking about models etc etc...a really friendly genuine guy.

Tis nice to find these ppl now and again.

gives you hope that not everyone is an arsehole!

1/24th car model kit I suppose, I used to make loads of them. not done it in years, just something to pass the time really.

Used to do a lot of planes etc but cars were always more my thing.

I like building them, spending 6 months painting them is to bloody boring though!

I should also m,aybe look at wheels and tyres and a body shell for my rc car!

Its crazy what some models go for...I was watching an orginal Halcyon Dropship model kit from Aliens on ebay, still in its box, it ended up going for about £90!

unbelievable!
