Where do you flush the heater matrix from?
Do you flush it from the radiator and do the whole cooling system?
(If not does it mean I need to remove the dash!?)
Also can I check the pipes going in and out of the heater matrix (for heat, and to check the quality of the pipes and connections) without taking apart the dash? Where can I find them If so? (Pics would be v.helpful)
R19 16v Ph2 Exec btw.

Thanks a lot

the pipes are easy to find, the coolant top up bottles rear pipe goes right down into the matrix. Thats the one you pop off to flush the matrix through.

You can like i did put another hose in one of the pipes from the matrix and let that go to an easy place (drainage) and put the garden hose up the other pipe and the other way around... leaves no mess in the engine bay! And worked like a charm offcourse
