I have a problem with my R19 16v ph2.

The fuel pump keeps cutting out. It will work fine for 100miles then stop working for a while once it has cooled down it will normally start working again.

I have replaced the fuel pump & fuel pump relay but still no joy.

I have tried following the wiring diagram in the Haynes manual but they appear to be total different?!?!? Has anyone else had any problems with this.

If any knows anything with can help me or know where I can get a wiring diagram from please leave a message.

A problem with the relay I would imagine, or the wiring to the relay.

The immobilser may be playing up, the wires resistance goes up as the temps climb so that will cut the pump off. Look in the tech article section.
