its a v8...rs model, 350 i believe....not as fast as i was expecting, reckon my renault would do it.

hes having it converted to gas in january and can source gas at 5p per litre....cant afford NOT to drive a v8 for that Razz

v8's are great, slow as feck 90% of the time but with an auto, ultimate town/traffic jam cruisers

yeah it was lovley torque....driving at like 1100 rpm in 4th or 5th, foot down still takes off.....but no feeling of urgency as the revs pick up.

lovely car to cruise around in tho...this one was manual too

went in a 350 chevy hot rod once...now that was pritty quick..

mine you was made out of fiberglass...and with 390 bhp, it shud be

that also had the starting problem when hot, cos of the stupid place the stater motor is in. plus all heat shielding was not there.

sounded sweet as though.. seeing as it only had about 2ft exhausts with cherry bombs on each.

just sat there revving it.

Gonna have to do another yanky project.

/me goes to ebay.

I stuck a ford racing 460 crate motor in a 69 stang, that was quite nippy.
