What's a decent price to be quoted by a garage for replacing the handbrake cables?
It'll be the last mechanical job to be done on the Clio before it gets sold and I haven't the facilities at home to lift the car safely so it'll be a garage job. |

well tbh the garage will be,lt it abotu with a hammer and chances are the back calipers will fracture as well.
I woudl just leave that job for the next owner tbh |

Only problem with doing that is that this prospective buyer wants fresh 12 months MOT, and with an inoperative handbrake there's no way it will pass. |

I'll ask Bryan, see what he'll do it for. Despite the fact he takes ages I'm sure he'll be happy get it fixed and put through it's MOT for me. |
