At this time of year everyone seems to have heater probs!!!
Well I had a problem last year where one of the connections was arking and melting the connector, anywaqy swaped connector, and thought i'd solved it! apparently not, the pin on the heater had perished slightly due to the arking and isn;t it's full length, problem is it's arking again and killing everything around it once again, has anyone bodged this or is it a matter of new blower and connector?
if so anyone good one they wish to get rid off?thanks

I had the same problem, I chopped a section out of another loom and fitted it, just taped it together, that was on projects Y's dash abotu 3 years ago, despite the dash moving car its still fine.

The heater blower connector is actually not the motor connector just to the rheostat, so if its dickign get a new one as well.

before I make a plank of myself, as usual, the rheostat is the bit the connector pushes into that has two coiled metal elements on the opposite side that sit in the motor?
