recently the interior heater fan motor hasn't been working, i inspected motor, moved the cables and it started, is there a common fault with this connection and is there any way to fix it as it i.e. new connector/ splice and repairing?
Thanks

it corrodes. Sometimes quite badly.

I have had to change the wiring loom section there a couple of times.

Easy enough, there loosk to be loads of wires but only 4 iirc are actually used unless you have A/C

go to scrappy chop off plug and 6 inches of wires. Match them up.

Yes you can get a new plug, its about a grand from renault and includes the rest of the loom.

All dashes have the same colour coding etc. If they do for some reson differ just cut 1 at a time and match on the new plug.
