Lol i did notice the sperm pizza but forgot to mention it.

My main package I use is Solid Edge..been using it for years, but have had a hand in Pro/E too recently which seems nice, does more than Solid Edge, but you can't beat Solid Edge for usability, its so easy to use.

In uni they are making us use I-DEAS which I detest...they harp on about how it is industry standard etc, but that doesn't mean I should like it...seeing other packages out there, this one seem archaic, outdated and in need of a serious revamp - user wise.

Know Autocad insideout and have touched on Solidworks, Pro/desktop, 3DS, Rhino.

I used to design cameras in my old job...which wasn't exactly my dream job, hence to decision to quit it and move into something that would interest me.

So hopfully before long I'll be designing engine...or parts of them at least Very Happy

I forgot about Solid Edge, it's the package of choice in the Mechanical Engineering department here.

I know a guy that works for 'FG Wilson', they make generators. He uses Pro-E there.

You certainly seem to have experience in a good range of well known packages. Definitely, if you can combine skills (that make money) with interests (which gives you enthusiasm) it is most definitely the way to a good job.

All the best for the future.
