hi the idle on my valver is sitting at 2000rpm .when i,m driving normal its fine but when hard on the throttle its like starvation no power at all then back off its ok i,ve changed the ECU etc the usual things ,can a broken wire from the throttle position sensor in the loom do this .let me answer some questions there no vacum in the fuel system theres no leaks in the crank case system or inlet manifold the ICV works fine the butterflys dont stick and the screws on the throttle houseing has not been touched any ideas would be a godsend Idea

could be a dodgy injector, clogged air filter, could be a broken wire on the TPS. or it could be something electrical ie coil pack, does it miss alot on full throttle?

funny the TPS was my thought when adjusted i.e moved rite down it slowed the idle speed put back to normal it went up again i also moved the loom to get access and it idled normal again what is the TPS connected to i.e wired not attached to the throttle ,is there anyway of testing the TPS ...the injectors are not blocked.cheers i'm going to test the loom for broken wire from the TPS

oh forgot to mention new fuel filter air filter and it doesnt missfire at all just feels like a vacum in the fuel supply but i know it isnt ,its one of renaults great electrical probs i,ve put two gearboxes in this 19 and three engines so i know this car inside out i have four ecus tried in it so i can rule that out aswell so TPS and or broken connection
