How do i remove this from the engine block? (F7P)

that bit of pipe thing, is it anythin to do with the CTS ? why do u want to remove it

the CTS is under the pipe, the white plug.

those pipes screw into the head so in theory, you should be able to unscrew it but with years worth of corrosion, good luck.

apparently its just pushed in, i have to remove mine soon, and thats what i was told on here, look up topic project XIX

Yeah, i think i need to remove it as that head is off a 19 16v which is being fitted to a clio and the set-up is different. Or am i wrong?

yes it needs to come off.

Its a push fit, stick a 3/8ths extension in the hoop bit and twist it up, then back and forth and it'll fall out

hahaha yeah i saw that! that was a stroke of genius! i was scraping it off and could see tony the tiger and thought ''wtf!!!'' Laughing Laughing Laughing

Or just cut it off flush with the face if it is too corroded and twisting it just results in it tearing off messy.
