My mate is selling his absolutely mint Clio 16v. It's in 'trader for £2100. All minor dents have been removed and it's had several thousand spent on getting all the mechanicals in A1 condition.

It's also a quick one. Quicker than any other n/w cliosport/williamsclio owners valver.

Can people pm me or let me know on this thread if they're interested?

Spec is:

103,000 miles. 1993 Phase I L reg Clio 1.8 16v in very rare iceberg silver, tax'd until end of July 2005 and MOT'd until October 2005.

Since buying her in Oct 2002 I have spared no expense and have been meticulous when it comes to having work done on her, all work has been carried out by a local Renault specialists. The exterior has NO rust at all and is in outstanding condition, both arches have been professionally restored and the doors have been delocked for added security. The interior is also immaculate, all the dials work and so do the bulbs!

The car is std apart from a CAT back Magnex and AVO 35 mm lowering springs/shocks. I have had the following work done:-

Clutch/clutch cable/speedo cable/front discs and front and rear pads/steering column/anti dive kit/fan switch/oil filter/oil cooler/cam belt/heat shield/offside bottom ball joint/rear gearbox stabilizer/serpentine belt/new battery/new hoses/alternator - I have receipts galore!

The car is serviced yearly at Riverside Renault. It has 4 good Pirelli P6000's sitting on reconditioned Phase II alloys. I bought the car at 80k.

Ta lads. It handles amazingly better than std. Last time I was in it he scared me shitless chasing a Lotus 7 down the Cat & Fiddle! Shocked And he was pushing it along!
