 idler change on 16v

You'd have to give them your wallet and prepair to be bent over the parts counter!

you can buy every component - nearly over the counter. Some like the cast manifold on the 1.8's are NLA but there will be some in stock in a dealer somewhere.

But price wise, for every fixing, screw, clip, gasket etc etc your looking at around 30 grand to build the thing easy.

Soneone done a check on a Saab 9-3, buy the car new for 22k or build it for 120k!

You still have to paint it etc.

Also you only get ph2 shells, the shells need bits cut off for ph1 app's or welded on for TD's.

got the bolts from renault that r supposed to be for the idler....how crap...allen key head...the hex shaped hole in the head, where the bit goes in, is about 4mm deep!!!...no wonder it rounded off so easy,
