So how come my leather back seats have no head rests (not even holes for them)? All the other I've seen come with them.

Thats PH1 leather with the larger rear headrests. Exec leather with the smaller headrests rock!

only the execs got the small rear headrests, my leather is Ph2 with the large headrests
