today I changed the drivers seat subframe.

It had the old famous issue of a broken height adjuster so when you got in the car the seat dropped and when you got out it shoots up.

So I used the old subframe from my chammy.

Anyway pulled the seat off the subframe and then had to disscennect the wiring.

Top plug is the seat belt warnign light, lower is for the pretensioner

with the seat out I saw the sliding part on the front was starting to pull through so changed it

wire goes through the spring, note where the sprigns hooks onto, this si the megane frame, its just bent with a notch, very cheap and nasty the 19's is far superior, its shapped to the spring.

this is the wire route, still meg frame on. So had to swap the frame over

anyway, much better, the spring on the 19 seat is also more powerfull so easier to adjust.

yet another area the 19 surpasses the megane.
